Exchange Policy
If you receive a product with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan. All shipping and customs charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a thorough review and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please note that we do not generally accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.
Price & Content Information
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information on our website, occasional errors may occur. Zarah Nur reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or based on inaccurate product information. In such cases, we will reach out to the customer directly and may cancel the order at our discretion.
Order Acceptance
Zarah Nur reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including quantity limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or concerns raised by our fraud prevention process. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of goods and are payable to the courier upon delivery.

Zarah Nur is responsible for dispatching your order in a timely manner; however, we are unable to control delays caused by our courier partners. Care Instructions
All Zarah Nur pieces are designed for dry clean only. We strongly recommend following this care instruction to preserve the quality, colour, and longevity of your garment. Any damage resulting from handwashing, machine washing, or any cleaning method other than dry cleaning will not be covered under our exchange or returns policy. Zarah Nur will not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage caused by improper care.
